Mr. Staiano is a Project Engineer responsible for conducting engineering investigations at Lockatong Engineers. Investigations include property condition assessments, home inspections, facility HVAC, mechanical and structural investigations, upgrades and designs. He also has extensive experience in specialized mechanical and machine design.

Qualifications

Mr. Staiano has 38 years of multi-disciplined engineering experience, specializing in manufacturing facilities and operations. He has been responsible for design, product development, facility and maintenance engineering to include environmental and OSHA compliance. Throughout his career he has been responsible for critical structural and stress analysis of building structures and mechanical components. As an engineering executive, he was responsible for facility designs, modifications, and new acquisitions. He has performed property assessments for a corporate client to support a nation-wide acquisition of storage facilities. As an employee of the New Jersey Department of Transportation, he preformed structural evaluations and bridge inspections. Mr. Staiano, as an instrument rated commercial pilot, has utilized private aircraft to respond to accelerated schedules and emergencies in a timely manner.

Education and Affiliations

Mr.Staiano is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Indiana. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The College of New Jersey and has done graduate work in Mechanical Engineering at Rutgers University and Business Administration at Monmouth University. Mr. Staiano is a Life Member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
