Community Associations
Lockatong Engineering provides transition and reserve funding projections, structural inspections, and replacement and upgrade designs, plans and specifications, as well as construction management. We understand and appreciate the dynamics of community associations and we recognize the value of personal contact and local knowledge. Currently, we deliver engineering services to more than 30 community associations throughout New Jersey.

- Performed invasive inspection and design to determine quality of construction and identify defects
- Analyzed pool heater system to correct pool jet performance
