- Designed back-up propane systems for several New Jersey hospitals
- Designed domestic hot water for gas-firing systems
- Completed gap analysis at a major hospital pharmacy
- Facilitated bid process for three area hospitals
- Complete NJDEP annual emission reports and permit compliance evaluations for more than 30 New Jersey hospitals
- Prepared and completed 20 NJDEP air permit applications for hospital and commercial facilities
- Presented life safety consulting to area hospitals
- Developed spill prevention and control measure plans at 10 hospitals
- Prepared boiler fuel conversion submittals for NJ DCA
- Designed chemo ventilation system that uses measured supply flow at the air handlers, air volume and exhaust to identify any leaks in system
- Completed soil remediation and ground water investigation, testing and well monitoring of an underground storage tank
- Designed HVAC system upgrades
- Trained hospital personnel to manage operating permit compliance and reporting
